Street Fighter Comeback
April 8th, 2005

I was flipping through an Ars Technica thread about incredible gaming moments and came across this video clip. It’s the end of a Street Fighter 3 tournament in 2004 where a player Parries 14 special attacks in a row. I guess one parry is hard enough, but 14 fast attacks is insane.
It’s a must watch.. Especially for the crowd’s reaction afterwards. Nerds gone wild!
There’s gotta be a market for spectator gaming. There’s gotta be.

Simply awesome. I’ve been playing SF2 for years and have never seen anything like this. It’s nice to see the game still has a following of diehards.
