Wow, I think this may be the biggest E3 ever. As you may have already noted, Russ is a browsing-monkey on crack. We have flagship PC titles arriving this year, huge sequels like ‘Battlefield 2′ ‘Age of Empires 3′ and ‘Quake 4′, that little handheld skimirsh that started last year is now heating up to boiling point. On top of all that we have a bigger console war than ever (since I’m sure the marketing departments of Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft realize that not many people will purchase more than one $400+ console. Of course, I will.. but I need help).

I’ll probably skip over the news about some of the larger games. No press release will make you buy Age of Emipres 3 if you haven’t already lusted after it. Nothing is going to stop you from buying Quake 4 .. cause come on… it’s everything Doom 3 should have been but wasn’t. What I hope to post are stories of the show’s most interesting B-Sides, and there are quite a few this year.

(oh, and if you haven’t watched the Killzone video Russ posted earlier today- then get on that. One of the more incredible things I’ve seen.)
