Spectrum MediaWorks, a group designed to develop entertainment franchises that operate across various forms of media, is planning to produce X Quest, a massively multiplayer game that will be simultaneously developed with the reality TV show of the same name, according to the The Hollywood Reporter.

I’ve been waiting for a big gaming TV Show to hit the networks, but this doesn’t sounds like my Holy Grail at all. First of all, the name is horrendous. And second of all, it’s On Fox.. which means there’s going to be laser beam sound and graphics effects, Terry Bradshaw will run the commentary, and the stage will be adorned with women in short skirts who’ll cheer-on the contestants as they battle-it-out in their space simulators.

Wait.. on second thought, I want to be on this show.
