I am not sure why anyone would want to have an XP clone running on the PSP. Majornelson reported today about a cool little app that runs on your PSP that will make it look as if your running XP or Vista.
pspWxp is a small application you download to the PSP and it contains a bunch of offline web pages that look like XP or Vista. A List of features can be found here.
