post Fileplanet - World of Warcraft Stress Beta Deal

Russ and I decided to dive back into the World of Warcraft beta to see what’s new. I thought you should know that you, too, can get your hands on the beta.

There’s the catch - you need a Fileplanet account. I know a few of you have been on the cusp for a while now. Here’s the deal -

  • You never again have to wait in line for any game-related download. This includes new demos, movies, patches, mods. Everything.

  • Fileplanet has had some noteworthy subscriber-only betas. Just recently the Warhammer Dawn of War multiplayer beta, and now World of Warcraft stress-test beta.
  • Games that you once passed on because they were $40-$50 can now be downloaded cheaply. They even have a Try Before You Buy program. Okay, honestly the titles kinda suck, but the quality of that list has been growing steadily over the last few months.

The Fileplanet anual subscription rate is an 60 bucks. It’s steap, I know, but I wouldn’t recommend I really thought it wasn’t worth it.

    1. As an fyi… you should know that it doesn’t let you play for more than 7 days.

I’ve been playing WoW on and off sporadically and still enjoy it.

Come to the PvP server and look me up on IM some time.
